The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was super close to the downtown Knoxville area. It was also conveniently located right next to market square, which made it easy for me to explore the local shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms were nice and updated, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.
